Set to brighten the Tampa Bay area this festive season, Busch Gardens Christmas Town is a magical experience that all the family can enjoy. Journey through the park as it is transformed into an exciting Christmas paradise. Here’s what you can expect from the event:
Christmas Entertainment
The Most Wonderful Time (NEW) - You’re invited to a classy Christmas soirée, complete with jazzy piano solos, a live band and heart-melting vocal performances.
The Holiday Sing-Along Train (UPDATED) - The park’s classic steam engine has received a merry makeover, featuring more lights than ever before. Join the Christmas Conductor for a live sing-along and spread cheer throughout the park.
Christmas on Ice - The longest running Christmas show at Busch Gardens is back. A firm fan-favourite
Elmo’s Christmas Wish - Listen to classic songs with a special Sesame Street twist in this fun-filled spectacle.
Christmas From the Heart - A gospel-inspired celebration with a high-spirited finale.
Three Kings Journey - A musical tale of the famed trail to Bethlehem.
Carol of the Bells - Dancing lights blanket the Serengeti Overlook Restaurant and an iconic multi-story Christmas tree, for this perfectly choreographed performance of “Carol of the Bells”.
New Holiday Lights
Take on the best thrill rides as you coast over millions of twinkling Christmas lights. Busch Gardens’ newest addition - Tigris - is also decorated for Christmas, featuring brand new light displays inspired by the attraction. Nearby, guests can stroll through the new Luminosity Lane, an immersive light tunnel synchronized to favourite festive tunes.
Meet Festive Friends
Santa’s House presented by Coca-Cola - Attend a magical visit that your family will never forget, with Mrs. Claus and the jolly elves at Santa’s House.
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer - Get nose-to-nose with the most famous reindeer around, and greet Rudolph, Clarice and Bumble from the classic Christmas tale at Rudolph’s Winter Wonderland.
NEW Merry Mint Lane - Get a closer look at penguins and other animal ambassadors at the Animal Care Center. The festive makeover includes photo opportunities with NEW Peppermint Pals, tasty treats and much more!
NEW Sugar Plan Princess - Visit royalty, when you join the Ice Princess and Poinsettia Princess, plus a new Sugar Plum Princess will be greeting guests near Sultan’s Sweets candy shop.
Festive Flavours
NEW Christmas Town Samplers - Throughout the Christmas Town village, guests can stroll from cabin to cabin to sample delicious festive dishes and drinks. Choose from apple pie, sweet potato fries, chicken-and-waffle sandwiches, hot toddies, and NEW pumpkin thrill shakes.
NEW Breakfast with Elmo & Friends - Enjoy hugs and high fives from your favourite Sesame Street friends, as you celebrate Christmas with family-friendly eats at Dragon Fire Grill. Reservations encouraged.
NEW Taste of the Holidays Buffet - Savour the beautiful view of the Serengeti Plain and Cobra’s Curse, while feasting on festive favourites at the park’s historic Serengeti Overlook Restaurant. The new menu features returning classics, such as house-signature fried chicken and pumpkin cheesecake.
