The Covid-19 pandemic continues to have a severe impact on travel arrangements with ongoing border closures, changing Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) travel advice and attraction closures.

With all this uncertainty, we understand that you want to know what this means for your ticket booking or hotel + ticket package and we have detailed our latest amendment and cancellation advice below – both for customers with an existing booking and those looking to book their next attraction tickets.

Hopefully, the information provides you with the answers you need. If you need further clarification or have any questions, our Customer Service Team is waiting to help. For the fastest response to your questions, it is recommended that customers call rather than email where possible.

Bookings made before 11 September 2020

ORLANDO THEME PARK TICKETS

The following revised amendment and cancellation policies apply to all bookings departing up to 31 December 2020.

If you have received your 2020 Orlando Tickets and wish to AMEND to a date in 2021

If you wish to change the dates of your tickets to 2021, we will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the ticket price will be payable (if the price is different).

Disney Ultimate Tickets

  • If you received your 2020 Disney Ultimate Tickets on or before 7 June 2020, the ticket validity has been automatically extended to 16 September 2021. If you are planning to change your holiday to any time between 1 January and 16 September 2021, you can keep hold of your tickets as these will be valid to use on your new holiday dates. If you are changing your holiday to a date between 17 September to 31 December 2021, tickets must be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel below and replaced with 2021 tickets. The difference in price will be payable.
  • If you received your 2020 Disney Ultimate Tickets on or after 8 June 2020, tickets must be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel below and replaced with 2021 tickets. The difference in price will be payable.
  • If you are unsure of your validity date, customers can see their ticket validity in MyDisneyExperience.co.uk once you have created your account and linked your tickets.

Universal Explorer Tickets

  • The expiry of 2020 Universal Orlando Explorer Tickets has been automatically extended until 17 December 2021 (tickets must be activated on or before 4 December 2021). If you are planning to change your holiday to any time between 1 January to 4 December 2021, you can keep hold of your tickets as these will be valid to use on your new holiday dates. If you are changing your holiday to a date between 5 to 31 December 2021, tickets will need to be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel and replaced with tickets valid for use up to 31 December 2021.

SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Tickets

  • SeaWorld have automatically extended the validity of their 2020 tickets until 31 December 2021. If you are planning to change your holiday to any time in 2021, you can keep hold of your tickets as they will be valid to use on your 2021 holiday.

Discovery Cove Packages

Discovery Cove tickets can be amended to any date in 2021. Discovery Cove prices vary by season and any difference in ticket price will still be payable.

Orlando Combo Tickets

  • All Disney Combos including the Orlando Freedom Ticket - If you received your 2020 Disney Combo Tickets on or before 7 June 2020 and are planning to visit Orlando before 16 September 2021, you can keep your tickets as these can now be activated at any time on or before 16 September 2021. If you received your tickets on or after 8 June or are visiting Orlando between 17 September to 31 December 2021, tickets must be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel below and replaced with 2021 tickets. The difference in price will be payable.
  • Orlando 6 Park FlexiTicket - if you are planning to change your holiday to any time 1 January to 4 December 2021, you can keep your tickets as these can be activated at any time on or before 4 December 2021. If you are changing your holiday to a date between 5 to 31 December 2021, tickets must be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel below and replaced with 2021 tickets. The difference in price will be payable.
  • Orlando Freedom Ticket Ultimate and the LEGOLAND Florida and SeaWorld Parks Combo Ticket - Tickets will need to be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel. The difference in the ticket price will be payable.

Process for changing the year of travel to 2021

1) Return the tickets to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery (if applicable). Please include the original packing slip, or a covering note with your name and booking reference: FAO Customer Services AttractionTickets.com 171E Wingate Square London SW4 0AN

2) We will update your booking and you will receive a confirmation by email.

3) We will waive all admin charges. New price of tickets will apply.

If you have received your 2020 Orlando tickets and want to CANCEL your booking

We are reducing cancellation fees to 20% if you wish to cancel your booking. Customers who upgraded their tickets to Flex-Plus will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the policy.

- Special Note on LEGOLAND Florida Tickets: If you have not downloaded your LEGOLAND Tickets from your customer account, these can be refunded in full.

Process for cancelling your tickets

1) Return the tickets to us by An Post Registered Post (if applicable). Please include the original packing slip, or a covering note with your name and booking reference:

2) We will refund 80% (or the full cost minus the cost of the Flex-Plus policy) once refunds are received from our suppliers. Refunds can take 2-4 weeks, but we will do our best to expedite the process.

3) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim.

Orlando 2020 Ticket Bookings on Deposit

There will be a loss of deposit if you cancel your booking, so you may wish to keep your 2020 booking live until you know whether you can re-book your holiday for a later date.

Alternatively, we have updated our Amendment Policy to give you the flexibility you need to change your ticket arrangements if needed. You can choose to keep your booking deposit open as a credit to use at a later date. You may wish to change the dates of your Orlando tickets to 2021 or 2022 or maybe purchase a UK or European attraction ticket instead. Your deposit credit can be used towards the purchase of ANY ticket for any destination sold on AttractionTickets.com. We will also waive all amendment fees.

There’s absolutely no rush to make a decision right now. Once you are certain that your current 2020 holiday arrangements cannot go ahead as planned, please call our customer service team on 0203 904 4988 and advise us that you would like to keep your booking deposit open as a credit. Our customer service team will update your booking accordingly and send you a revised confirmation.

To offer even more flexibility, the deposit credit will be valid to use on new bookings made until 31 October 2021.

Orlando 2021 Ticket Bookings

For bookings departing 1 January onwards, flights and holidays are currently scheduled to go ahead as normal and our standard cancellation terms apply. Please refer to the specific ticket description page for the ticket cancellation policy.

ORLANDO HOTEL + TICKET PACKAGES

Customers yet to travel and wish to amend their booking

We're flexible with your holiday arrangements. Should you wish to change the dates of your hotel booking to 2021, we will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the package price will be payable.

Process to amend your Hotel booking

1) Email hoteladmin@attractiontickets.com to notify us of your intention to defer travel. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line.

2) We will contact you with re-booking options.

3) We will update your booking and you should receive an updated invoice in 3-5 days.

4) We will waive all admin fees. New prices may apply.

Customers yet to travel and wishing to cancel

We will waive all cancellation fees for all customers due to check-in at their hotel on or before 31 December 2020. In line with the Package Travel Regulations of 2018 you will receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification. If you have received a Disney Gift Card as part of your hotel package, refunds cannot be processed until you have returned the Disney Gift Card.

For bookings departing 1 January 2021 onwards, flights and holidays are currently scheduled to go ahead as normal and our standard terms and conditions apply.

Process to cancel your Hotel Booking

1) Email your request to hoteladmin@attractiontickets.com. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line.

2) We will respond in 3-5 days with confirmation of cancellation.

3) If you have received a Disney Gift Card as part of your hotel package, please return Disney Gift Cards to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery so we can process the refund. Please include the original packing slip, or a covering note with your name and booking reference:

NON-ORLANDO TICKET BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE 11 SEPTEMBER

Important Note: Please refrain from downloading your tickets from your customer account. This makes it easier for us to apply the amendment and cancellation policies below as many tickets become non-refundable once downloaded.

Amending your booking

We will waive all amendment fees if you wish to amend your tickets to a date in 2021 or 2022 (when tickets are made available). The difference in the ticket price will be payable (if applicable) and new dates may be subject to availability.

Process for amending your tickets

1) Email customerservices@attractiontickets.com to notify us of your intention to defer travel to another date.

2) We will update your booking and you will receive a revised confirmation.

3) We will waive all admin fees. New ticket prices may apply.

Cancelling your Booking

The majority of non-Orlando tickets sold on AttractionTickets.com can be cancelled with a full refund up to the point of travel or if digital tickets have NOT been downloaded from your customer account. Please see individual ticket description pages for product specific cancellation terms.

If you have already downloaded your digital tickets or tickets that fall outside the free cancellation terms above, we are reducing cancellation fees to 20% where possible if you wish to cancel your booking.

Process for cancelling your tickets

1) Confirm your intention to cancel by emailing customerservices@attractiontickets.com. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line.

2) We will refund once refunds are received from our suppliers. This could take 2-4 weeks due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, but we will do our best to expedite the process.

3) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim (if cancellation fees have been applied to your booking).

Special Note on Disneyland Paris Tickets

We act as an agent of Disneyland Paris and as such we must strictly adhere to their amendment and cancellation terms.

Disneyland Paris Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your holiday has been disrupted by the UK 14-day quarantine rule and you need to amend your visit dates to Disneyland Paris, tickets are valid to use on alternative dates and you are not restricted to the date given at the time of booking.

Disneyland Paris One Day Tickets - The ticket validity has been automatically extended until 31 March 2021. However, tickets remain season specific and can only be used on applicable season dates. 'Mini' tickets can only be used on applicable 'Mini' dates and Magic Tickets can only be used on applicable 'Mini' and 'Magic' Dates. Please refer to your e-ticket for ticket type and validity date.

  • Mini Tickets can be used on any of the following dates: 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30 September; 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 October; 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30 November; 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 December; 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 January 2021; February & March Dates TBA.
  • Magic Tickets can be used on any of the ‘Mini’ dates listed above plus 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31 January. February & March Dates TBA

If you have purchased a One Day Super Magic Ticket or a Disneyland Paris 2, 3 or 4 day multi-day ticket - tickets are valid for a year from when they were booked, please check the expiry date on your ticket. Tickets are open-dated and can be used at any time within the ticket validity. If you have a ticket that expired whilst Disneyland Paris was closed or within 3 months of the Disneyland Parks re-opening, tickets can be replaced with new tickets that are valid for 12 months from the date of re-issuance - please contact customerservices@attractiontickets.com and we will guide you through the process.

DISNEYLAND PARK HOTEL + TICKET PACKAGES

The Disneyland Paris Zen Guarantee gives you the flexibility to amend your booking for free or cancel your booking with a full refund anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date. 

Bookings made after 11 September 2020

Bookings made on or after 11 September are covered by our Free COVID Cover. If your plans are disrupted by COVID-19, you can either amend your booking for free or cancel your booking with a full refund paid within 14 Days.

Our COVID 19 Cover offers Full Refund Protection in any of the following situations:

  • Your chosen attraction is closed on your activity date due to COVID-19
  • The origin or destination country border is closed to travel for the duration of your holiday dates
  • The FCO advises against travel to a destination for the duration of your holiday dates as a result of COVID-19

EXCLUSIONS

  • Deposit Credit Notes are excluded from the Free COVID Cover Offer. New bookings created using Credit Notes can only be partially refunded as the Credit Note portion of the payment remains non-refundable. All payments on a new booking in addition to the Credit Note will still benefit from COVID Cover. 
  • The following tickets are excluded from the Free COVID Cover Offer: All Disneyland Paris Tickets, all Dubai Parks and Resorts Tickets, all Las Vegas Shows, all Sports Tickets.

Customers yet to book their attraction tickets

We understand that flexibility is everything during uncertain times. Our Free COVID Cover policy is now included on most tickets with very few exceptions. If an attraction closes, borders close or the FCO advises against travel to a destination as a result of COVID-19, customers can cancel for free and receive a full refund within 14 days guaranteed.
