Customers yet to book their attraction tickets

We understand that flexibility is everything during uncertain times. Our Free COVID Cancellation Cover Policy is now included on most tickets with very few exceptions. If a theme park or attraction closes, borders close or the FCO advises against travel to a destination as a result of COVID-19, customers can amend for free or cancel their booking and receive a full refund within 21 days guaranteed.
