Amendment and Cancellation Guidance for Bookings made After 11 September 2020

We understand that flexibility is important during uncertain times. With this in mind, the majority of bookings made on or after 11 September 2020 are covered by our Free COVID Cancellation Cover. If your travel plans are disrupted by COVID-19, you can either amend your booking for free or cancel your booking with a full refund.

Orlando Ticket Bookings

1) IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR ORLANDO THEME PARK TICKETS AND YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR HOLIDAY TO ANOTHER DATE IN 2021

Disney Ultimate Tickets

  • Disney 14 Days for the Price of 7 Ultimate Ticket – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated anytime on or before 12 September 2021. If you are departing for Orlando up to 11 September 2021, your tickets will be valid. If your holiday departure date changes to a date on or after 12 September 2021, your tickets will need to be cancelled and changed for tickets that are valid for use 13 September-31 December 2021. Please call our Customer Service Team on 0203 904 4988 to amend your booking. If the new ticket price is higher, the price difference will be payable. If the new ticket price is lower, your original ticket price will still apply. 
  • Disney 7 & 14 Day Ultimate Tickets – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated any time on or before 31 December 2021. Keep hold of your tickets if you are still visiting Orlando in 2021.

Universal Explorer Tickets

  • 2021 Universal Explorer Tickets – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated anytime on or before 31 December 2021. Keep hold of your tickets if you are still visiting Orlando in 2021.

SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Tickets

  • 2021 SeaWorld Park Admission Tickets – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated anytime on or before 31 December 2021. Keep hold of your tickets if you are still visiting Orlando in 2021.

Orlando Combo Tickets

  • Our Orlando Combo Tickets are created using the individual Disney, Universal and SeaWorld Tickets listed above. Please refer to the instructions listed above for each ticket type.

If you are unsure whether your Orlando Combo includes a Disney 14 Day Ultimate Ticket or Disney 14 for 7 Ultimate Ticket, you can view the ticket validity on MyDisneyExperience.co.uk once you have created your account and linked your Disney tickets.

Discovery Cove Packages & SeaWorld Extras

  • Discovery Cove tickets and SeaWorld Extras are date specific and your booking/tickets must be amended if your holiday dates change. Please call our customer services team on 0203 904 4988 if you need to amend your booking. If the new ticket price is higher, the price difference will be payable. If the new ticket price is lower, your original ticket price will still apply. 

2) IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR ORLANDO THEME PARK TICKETS AND YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR HOLIDAY TO 2022

If you wish to change the dates of your tickets to 2022, your tickets may need to be replaced with new tickets that are valid for use in 2022. Please refer to the instructions below. We will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the ticket price will be payable (if the new price is higher). 

Disney Ultimate Tickets

  • Disney Ultimate Tickets will need to be cancelled and changed for tickets that are valid for use in 2022. Please call our Customer Service Team on 1800 927 467 to amend your booking. If the new ticket price is higher, the price difference will be payable. If the new ticket price is lower, your original ticket price will still apply. 

Universal Explorer Tickets

  • The validity of 2020 and 2021 Universal Orlando Explorer Tickets not yet activated have been automatically extended until 31 December 2022 and can be first activated anytime on or before this date. Please keep hold of your tickets if you are changing your holiday dates to 2022.

SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Tickets

  • The validity of 2020 and 2021 2 and 3 Park SeaWorld Tickets not yet activated have been automatically extended until 31 December 2022 and can be first activated anytime on or before this date. Please keep hold of your tickets if you are changing your holiday dates to 2022.

Orlando Combo Tickets

  • Our Orlando Combo Tickets are created using the individual Disney, Universal and SeaWorld Tickets listed above. Please refer to the instructions listed above for each ticket type.

3) IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR 2021 ORLANDO TICKETS AND WANT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

If your travel plans are disrupted by COVID-19, you can cancel your booking with a full refund paid within 10 Days of the tickets being returned to our London office.

Our COVID 19 Cover offers Full Refund Protection in any of the following situations:

  • Your chosen theme park or attraction is closed on your activity date due to COVID-19
  • The origin or destination country border is closed to travel for the duration of your holiday dates
  • The FCO advises against travel to a destination for the duration of your holiday dates as a result of COVID-19

Since we might not know whether any of these situations have occurred until after your intended date of travel, the 10 day refund process may not commence until after your departure date. However, we will use our discretion and might agree to refund beforehand if, for example, your holiday or flight have been cancelled by your tour operator or airline. Proof of holiday or flight cancellation may be required.

Normal cancellation terms apply outside the conditions listed above unless you upgraded your tickets to Flex-Plus at the time of booking. Please refer to individual ticket descriptions for cancellation conditions.

Customers who upgraded their tickets to Flex-Plus can cancel their booking at any time and will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the policy.

Process for cancelling your tickets

i) Return the original tickets to us by An Post Registered Post (if applicable). Please include the original packing slip or a covering note with your name and booking reference:

ii) Your refund will be applied within 10 days of receiving returned tickets.

iii) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email.

4) ORLANDO 2021 TICKET BOOKINGS ON DEPOSIT

If your travel plans are disrupted by COVID-19, you can cancel your booking at the time your balance is due. Any refund due will be processed within 10 days from the day you confirm your cancellation via email or to our call centre.

Our COVID 19 Cover offers Full Refund Protection in any of the following situations:

  • Your chosen theme park or attraction is closed on your activity date due to COVID-19
  • The origin or destination country border is closed to travel for the duration of your holiday dates
  • The FCO advises against travel to a destination for the duration of your holiday dates as a result of COVID-19

Cancelled bookings will incur a loss of deposit in all other situations above unless you upgraded your tickets to Flex-Plus at the time of booking.

Orlando Hotel + Ticket Packages

1) CUSTOMERS YET TO TRAVEL AND WISH TO AMEND THEIR BOOKING

Should you wish to change the dates of your hotel booking to a new date in 2021 or 2022, we will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the package price (if applicable) will be payable.

Process to amend your Hotel + Ticket booking

i) Email hoteladmin@attractiontickets.com to notify us of your intention to defer travel. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line.

ii) We will contact you with re-booking options.

iii) We will update your booking and you should receive an updated invoice in 3-5 days.

2) CUSTOMERS YET TO TRAVEL AND WISHING TO CANCEL

We will waive all cancellation fees for all customers due to check-in at their hotel on or before 30 June 2021.

In line with the Package Travel Regulations of 2018 you will receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification. If you have received a Disney Gift Card as part of your hotel package, refunds cannot be processed until you have returned the Disney Gift Card.

For bookings departing 1 July 2021 onwards, flights and holidays are currently scheduled to go ahead as normal and our standard terms and conditions apply at this time.

Process to cancel your Hotel + Ticket Booking

i) Email your request to hoteladmin@attractiontickets.com. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line.

ii) We will respond in 3-5 days with confirmation of cancellation.

iii) If you have received a Disney Gift Card as part of your hotel package, please return Disney Gift Cards to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery so we can process the refund. Please include the original packing slip or a covering note with your name and booking reference:

Ticket Bookings for All Other Destinations

1) AMENDING YOUR BOOKING

We will waive all amendment fees if you wish to amend your tickets to a new date in 2021 or 2022 (when tickets are made available). The difference in the ticket price will be payable (if applicable) and new dates may be subject to availability.

Process for amending your tickets

i) contact our customer service team by phone or email to notify us of your intention to defer travel to another date.

ii) We will update your booking and you will receive a revised confirmation.

2) CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING

If your travel plans are disrupted by COVID-19, you can cancel your booking with a full refund paid within 10 Days.

Our COVID 19 Cover offers Full Refund Protection in any of the following situations:

  • Your chosen attraction is closed on your activity date due to COVID-19
  • The origin or destination country border is closed to travel for the duration of your holiday dates
  • The FCO advises against travel to a destination for the duration of your holiday dates as a result of COVID-19

Since we might not know whether any of these situations have occurred until after your intended date of travel, the 10-day refund process may not commence until after your departure date. However, we will use our discretion and might agree to refund beforehand if, for example, your holiday or flight have been cancelled by your tour operator or airline. Proof of holiday or flight cancellation may be required.

Normal cancellation terms apply outside the conditions listed above. The majority of non-Orlando tickets sold on AttractionTickets.com can be cancelled with a full refund up to the point of travel or if digital tickets have NOT been downloaded from your customer account. Please see individual ticket description pages for product specific cancellation terms.

Process for cancelling your tickets

i) Confirm your intention to cancel by emailing customerservices@attractiontickets.com. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line or call our contact centre.

ii) We will refund once refund within 10 Days of confirming receipt of the cancellation.

iii) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim (if cancellation fees have been applied to your booking).

Tickets Excluded from our Free COVID Cancellation Cover Policy

  • Deposit Credit Notes are excluded from the Free COVID Cover Offer. New bookings created using Credit Notes can only be partially refunded as the Credit Note portion of the payment remains non-refundable. All payments on a new booking in addition to the Credit Note will still benefit from COVID Cover.
  • The following tickets are excluded from the Free COVID Cover Offer: All Disneyland Paris Tickets, all Dubai Parks and Resorts Tickets, all Las Vegas Shows, all Sports Tickets. Normal cancellation terms apply to these tickets – please refer to individual ticket descriptions for details.

Special Note on Disneyland Paris Tickets:

We act as an agent of Disneyland Paris and as such we must strictly adhere to their amendment and cancellation terms.

DISNEYLAND PARIS TICKET ONLY BOOKINGS

Unless you purchased a dated one-day ticket (made available to purchase from 6 November 2021), Disneyland Paris Tickets are non-refundable.

However, if the re-closure of Disneyland Paris has disrupted your visit to Disneyland Paris and you need to amend your visit dates, Disneyland Paris tickets are valid to use on alternative dates and you are not restricted to the date given at the time of booking.

Disneyland Paris Non-Dated One Day Tickets - The ticket validity has been automatically extended until 31 March 2022. However, tickets remain season-specific and can only be used on applicable season dates. 'Mini' tickets can only be used on applicable 'Mini' dates and Magic Tickets can only be used on applicable 'Mini' and 'Magic' Dates. Please refer to your e-ticket for ticket type and validity date.

  • Mini Tickets can be used on any of the following dates: 17-18 or 21-25 June 2021; 1-3, 6-10, 13-17, 20-24, 27-30 September 2021; 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22 October; 8-10, 15-19, 22-26, 29-30 November; 1-3, 6-10, 13-17 December; 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28, 31 January 2022; February and March 2022 dates TBA
  • Magic Tickets can be used on any of the ‘Mini’ dates listed above plus 19-20 or 26-30 June; 1-23 July; 29-31 August; 5, 12, 19, 26 September 2021; 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30 January 2022; February and March 2022 dates TBA

Disneyland Paris One Day Super Magic Ticket or a Disneyland Paris Multiday Ticket – tickets are valid for a year from when they were booked, please check the expiry date on your ticket. If your ticket expires whilst Disneyland Paris is closed, the ticket validity has been automatically extended to 31 March 2022.

2. DISNEYLAND PARK HOTEL + TICKET PACKAGES

The Disneyland Paris Zen Guarantee gives you the flexibility to amend your booking for free or cancel your booking with a full refund anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date.
