We had a five star treatment where we were collected from our hotel on time and taken to the Burj Al Arab to enjoy an excellent buffet lunch. The staff were very friendly. It was nice we had free time to have the lunch and take pics. We were then taken to the Burj Khalifa where we even had time to see the Aquarium in the Dubai Mall from the outside. Again we were given free time to explore the Burj and see the fountain show before we were taken back to the hotel.

Communication is really bad with these guys they never get back to you as promised I'm still waiting on the outcome of my complaint 4 weeks on was a nightmare trying 2 get hold of these guys whilst on holidays when vouchers didn't arrive

There were 8 in our group for this attraction. It states transfers are included so we were hoping for 2-3 cars. Instead the transfer was late and was a 15 year old mini bus, cramped and with very little air conditioning. After driving for 1 hour we stop outside a hotel and are then told we are collecting more passengers! 2 more stops later and now 2 hours 20 minutes after being collected we arrive at the Burj Al Arab. It's safe to say that no-one was now in the mood for afternoon tea. The journey to the Burj Khalifa was also another hour, this is because of traffic but also because the driver got lost 3 times. They gave us 2 hours to explore the Burj Khalifa but within 30 minutes everyone just wanted to get back to the hotel. The day was a complete mess. The tour guide left us with the driver to take us back to our hotel, he did not ask or make a gesture for a tip as he could see how annoyed we all were. Very Unhappy.

Too much time spent in queues! So it was dark when we went up the Khalifa tower which we did not expect or booked!

At the top was an excellent experience but we thought the afternoon tea would be in the skybar but it was in the lobby area - which was impressive but had no views - I would advise to book the Sky bar - amazing views at the burj khalifa - 70 seconds to get to the 125 floor - bonkers!!!

Excellent views from the top at first I was like 'meh it'll be like any other view from the top of a building' but I was wrong truly breathtaking so worth it! High tea was good although a bit disappointed with the tour guide as we had to leave before the final course was served even though we were hanging about for ages outside the burj Al Arab we could have easily stayed. The tea was very rushed.

We were picked up by taxi - great. Then picked up someone else -ok. Then had to wait 45 mins in a bus stop for a minibus of others for us to transfer to - not great. We then arrived at Burj Al Arab - amazing place but we were taken straight up for the afternoon tea. The staff weren't ready for us - having to quickly lay tables for us while we waited. We were given 1.75 hrs to eat and enjoy the hotel. After an hour and a half we'd only managed 3 out of the 7 courses and then had to grab what we could and run for the minibus. No coffee. No pastries. We then raced over to to Burj Khalifa. Again amazing place but by the time we got up to the top we had to start queuing to come back down, else we'd have missed the taxi back to our hotel. 2 great places but I'd book individually - doesn't seem to cost anymore - but at least you can leave when you are ready and not against the clock. VERY DISAPPOINTED

High tea was a real extravagant treat. Khalifa was impressive but disappointing you can't actually go to the top!
