The tour was great but the information given by yourselves was incorrect and misleading. I had to arrange a transfer to get to the ticket office on miami beach, and not wait by the sidewalk out side by hotel in downtown miami. I was also additionally charged $3.00 per person in cash for the six people in my family for the alligator park

Fun to go to, but not fantastic. It's small. You get to go on a boat tour. And then see an animal show and you are done. You will also be charged at entrance 7 usd per person for some non-apparent reason under then name of entrance fee to the park.

Pick up was chaotic, you were taken to the office to check in then swapped buses which was time consuming. The trip itself was fine.

Messed around regarding pick up point. When called to confirm 48hrs prior to tour was told to go to shop base instead and so had to make alternative arrangements for our day in Miami. Everglades tour itself was average compared to Boggy Creek experience.

Wasn't overpleased with having to get a mini bus to the office, no one was there to open up, apparantly they had overslept and then had to load another bus to get to the Everglades, expected it to be a smoother process so slightly disappointed but the actual tour was very good.

Bus an hour late picking us up due to accident, then had to go to central office to change buses & were on an old bus which struggled to move at times! Then coming back we were dropped at office again & has to walk 25 blocks to our hotel - so found transfers unsatisfactory. Actual airboat ride was really good though & really enjoyed it. Good value for money - was half a day in total. Saw lots of alligators!!
