Spent ages trying to ring to confirm 24 hrs beforehand.... I was in Disney this day. Anc then when I did eventually get through they had no record of our booking. Eventually she found ot for a month later than the day it was supposed to be booked for even though I had the original booking printed off. Missed most of the parade in Disney trying to sort it out.
