Brand New Wooden Rollercoaster Announced for Florida Theme Park
Coming soon!
An incredible $6 million rollercoaster is set to open in Florida next year. Find out all the details…

Something exciting is coming to Fun Spot Kissimmee- a mammoth wooden rollercoaster! With a $6 million budget, thrill seekers can expect something pretty impressive, with Fun Spot’s CEO John Arie Jr labelling it “definitely bucket list worthy”. Set to open in summer 2017, there’s not long to wait before you can give it a try. Here’s what you need to know…

This attraction is going to be huge! Rising 82-feet into the air and spanning 2,256-feet long, it will be on par with Disney’s Expedition Everest. Get ready to hold on tight, as riders will race around the track at speeds of up to 50mph. The exhilarating attraction will get your heart racing right from the start thanks to its exciting features.

It will be totally one-of-a-kind too, as it will be the only wooden rollercoaster in the southeast United States to include a daring 360-degree barrel roll! What makes this even scarier though, is that there are no shoulder restraints- just lap guards. This is definitely one for the brave!

The name of the ride and it’s theming is yet to be announced, so make sure you keep checking our blog for the latest details. For a sneak peek of Fun Spot’s newest rollercoaster, check out the video below…

Entry to the Fun Spot park is free, with guests paying per attraction they choose to ride (around $9 for a thrill ride). If you want to be one of the first to ride the new wooden coaster, click here to view our Fun Spot tickets that give you unlimited access to the attractions all day (excluding SkyCoaster) for just €39. We love go-karting adventure 'Chaos Track' and 'Headrush 360' which will literally "turn your world upside down".
