Ice skating in Central Park
Enjoy some festive fun ice skating against the stunning backdrop of the New York skyline in Central Park. The Wollman rink has been a firm favourite with families since 1949 and has been open from October to April almost every year since. The rink is open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so you can get your ice skating fix uninterrupted throughout the holidays. We’re the only company in the UK offering real tickets which guarantee you access to the ice, even during peak times, so you can be sure you won’t waste your holiday queuing!
The Rockefeller Tree
You can’t visit New York at Christmas without paying a visit to the stunning Rockefeller Tree. The lights have been on since early this month, with tens of thousands of locals and visitors expected to flock to them over the course of the Christmas holidays. Reaching an incredible 125 feet in height, the tree is an awe-inspiring sight (even if it is dwarfed below the incredible Rockefeller Center which stands next to it!). If you’re visiting the tree, it would be a shame to miss the views from the top of its namesake building, The Rock itself. The tree will stay up until the 7th January 2016 so don’t worry if you’re not travelling until the New Year!
