Five New Scare Zones Announced for Halloween Horror Nights
It’s almost time…
We’re gearing up for Halloween Horror Nights, especially after the revelation of this year’s five scare zones. Eek!

It’s not long to go until Universal Orlando Resort kicks off it’s annual spooky celebrations, Halloween Horror Nights

Almost all of the haunted houses have been announced, with just one more of the ten in total left to be revealed. And recently, details of the five terrifying scare zones were also released. Let’s take a look at them here:

Zombieland Double Tap

Film favourite Zombieland is the inspiration behind our first scare zone reveal, as guests will immerse themselves in the United States of Zombieland and dodge brain-hungry creatures, all while brushing up on their survival skills. The most important rule? Always double tap.

Rob Zombie Hellbilly Deluxe

Heavy metal fans will be thrilled at this next scare zone, which delves inside the hair-raising tunes of Rob Zombie and allows guests to come face-to-face with his twisted musical creations.

Don’t be fooled by the 80’s inspired neon exterior of Anarch-cade, as a gang of slashers will soon teach you that when the screen reads “Game Over”, it’s time for your very permanent end. Step inside this deadly gamesphere, which is taking over Avenue of the Stars.

Vanity Ball 

Beauty is quite literally pain in this next scare zone, which sees guests stroll along the deadly streets of Hollywood while  a group of blade-wielding artists slice up willing participants in the name of ‘art’.

Vikings Undead 

We’re off to Central Park in this final scare zone, as the blood-thirsty Vikings have risen from the dead and are eager to enact their gory siege. 

Park favourite the Academy of Villains is also returning to the event, with its show Academy of Villains: Altered States. This show is an extreme experiment of body and mind, carried out by talented dancers and skilled actors. Set against a dark, gothic backdrop, this is sure to set the spooky mood you’re looking for.

Halloween Horror Nights
kicks off at Universal Orlando Resort on September 6, running on selected nights until November 2. There are 10 haunted houses, five scare zones, and loads of shows and other treats to enjoy.
