Last year, Universal announced plans to add two new hotels to their collection. The exciting new complex will be called the Endless Summer Resort and will be made up of two hotels- Surfside Inn and Suites and Dockside Inn and Suites. Construction is already underway for the Surfside Inn and Suites hotel which is set to open in summer 2019, and Universal have revealed some new pictures showing exactly what it’s going to look like.
As you can probably tell from the name, Universal’s Surfside Inn and Suites will have a surf theme, complete with surf-inspired guest rooms and a surfboard-shaped pool! This will also be Universal’s most affordable hotel ever (with room prices expected to start from just $73 per night) making this a great choice for guests visiting on a budget.
As soon as you step inside your room, you’ll see the beach theming all around you. The rooms are painted in cool, tranquil hues of white and blue, with vibrant artwork, bright striped rugs and tie-dye curtains adding splashes of colour. You can’t miss the full-sized surfboard either- definitely a great photo opportunity!
If you’re visiting as a family (or a group) there will be plenty of room for you all in the hotel’s two bedroom suites. There’s no need for connecting rooms here, as these suites are big enough for everyone to stay together. These suites can sleep up to six guests with a separate bedroom for the grown-ups. There’s also a beachy picnic area and kitchenette, so you can all sit around the table and have a meal together. This is also the perfect place for sitting down to plan a day of theme park fun or for making the most of the in-room pizza delivery service and enjoying a mouth-watering meal.
The two bedroom suites also have a spacious bathroom with a separate vanity area, making getting ready for an early start at the Universal theme parks, hassle free.
Staying at Universal’s Surfside Inn and Suites will also give you a whole range of fantastic benefits, like early access to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park. That’s not all though, you’ll also benefit from complimentary transport to the parks and Universal CityWalk, as well as resort-wide charging privileges.
So, if you’re planning on visiting the Universal Orlando Resort next year, this could be the place for you. Keep checking our blog for more details on Universal’s Surfside Inn and Suites including an official opening date.
