You might think it’s a bit too early to be talking about Halloween but Universal have just revealed some exciting news about their world famous Halloween event. If you’re a fan of all things spooky, we’re sure you’re already familiar with Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights. It’s one of the biggest and best Halloween events in the world and Universal have just got us excited for Halloween 2019 by revealing the dates of this year’s event.
Halloween Horror Nights 2019 will start earlier than ever, with the fright fest kicking off on September 6th and running on select nights until November 2nd. So, if you’re planning on visiting Orlando during the Halloween season, make sure you get your Halloween Horror Nights tickets in advance.

The spooky event features a host of terrifying haunted houses inspired by some of the most popular horror movies and TV shows of all time. These houses act as a walk through maze that bring iconic horror stories to life before your eyes, immersing you into the middle of the action. Last year, there were haunted houses themed on Trick ‘r Treat, Poltergeist and Halloween 4 to name just a few.
One of the most popular haunted houses from 2018 was inspired by the hit Netflix series Stranger Things. With this house being such a success, we’re predicting that Halloween Horror Nights 2019 might see the addition of a new haunted house inspired by another Netflix show. Could ‘The Haunting of Hill House’ be coming to Halloween Horror Nights 2019? Well, no houses have been confirmed yet but it would certainly be a great fit and we’ve got our fingers crossed!
Halloween Horror Nights is also famous for its frightening scare zones. These are located throughout the park, meaning there’s no way you can escape them! These zones are filled with monsters and maniacs that are out to get you. Keep a look out and you might even spot a few familiar faces.
