Halloween Horror Nights 2018 is already shaping up to be a seriously scary event, with a host of horrifying haunted houses and scare zones that will terrify even the bravest of guests. Universal have already confirmed that there will be haunted houses inspired by the popular Netflix series Stranger Things, Dead Exposure (a Universal Original) and the classic horror movie Trick ‘R Treat. Now, we can reveal that the fourth haunted houses to be added to the line-up is another Universal original called Slaughter Sinema!
This horrifying haunted house will be set up like a movie theatre, but as you can probably guess from the name, this is no ordinary cinema! You’re invited to a night at the movies at the local drive-in, and as you approach you’ll see movie trailers showing a preview of what you’re about to witness. The fear will start to kick in before you even step inside.

If you are brave enough to go in, you’ll find yourself in the cinema snack bar. The sweet smell of popcorn fills the air, but don’t be fooled! Like we said, this is no normal cinema, and things are only going to go downhill from here.
Prepare to become immersed into different horror movies where anything could happen. You’ll be chased by vicious werewolf bikers in one, trek through a bloody, gut-strewn pumpkin patch in another and face a group of deadly barbers. Of course, that’s not all! You’ll also have to fight off bloodthirsty alien cannibals, frightening creatures and even a ravenous swamp yeti.
Universal have also given a preview of some of the gruesome movies that will be screened at the Slaughter Sinema. ‘Pumpkin Guts’, ‘Amazon Cannibals’ and ‘Cult of the Beast Baby’ are just a few of the horrors that await.
Halloween Horror Nights 2018 will be the biggest ever, with a total of 10 haunted houses. There are still lots more announcements to be made, so make sure you keep checking our blog to stay up to date with all the Halloween Horror Nights news.
