
Delighting budding visitors to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for over two decades, the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival returns to Epcot next spring for its 27th year.
In 2020, the annual event takes place from March 4 - June 1, meaning that there’s over 90 days of beautiful floral-inspired entertainment. The festival aims to celebrate the uniqueness of the Disney fauna, as well as showcasing round-the-world flavours and spectacular blooms.
So, what you can expect from the 2020 festival?
Garden Rocks Concert Series
Dance the night away with these live musical performances, complete with spectacular waterfront views. This year, they’ll be showing seven days a week! The concerts take place at America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure Pavilion. Concert details, performers and dates will be announced closer to the time.

Topiaries, Gardens and Exhibits
The true stars of the show are the incredible topiary that guest flock to, to get those one-of-a-kind selfies. See your favourite Disney Character as a ‘shrub of art’, each of which are expertly created and cared for by Disney horticulturists. This year, Characters include Anna & Elsa, Mickey & Minnie, Belle & Beast, and many more!
There’s also the inspiring gardens to enjoy. Be immersed in a petal paradise, as you discover more about these wildlife habitats. This year, a Ratatouille Garden is being created in the France Pavilion, inspired by the hit film. The centrepiece will be a Remy topiary, which will be surrounded by all the ingredients needed to make a ratatouille.
The guided tours at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will further allow you to unearth this magic - book onto Gardens of the World, an English Tea Garden and Behind the Seeds, to enhance your wonderful experience.
Outdoor Kitchens
Another big draw of the festival is the unique food and drink offerings. The Outdoor Kitchens bring the garden to your table, offering a sample of delicious dishes, amazing desserts and specialty drinks. Not only will you get to taste delicious goodies, but you’ll also learn about how to make your own cooking more healthful, and discover how to utilise garden favourites.
Kids Areas
Think the festival won’t be interesting for kids? Think again. Not only will they love seeing their favourite Disney Characters in a completely, enchanting new way, but there are also loads of kids activities for them to get involved in. There are family-friendly play areas, gardens and exhibits specifically geared towards children, such as the Play Garden and Family Play Zone, and The Goodness Garden Butterfly House presented by GoGoSqueeZ. The “How To” garden is also returning for the 2020 event.
