Important Information
MagicBand Collection
- Disney MagicBands must be collected from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs. Disney MagicBands cannot be posted to customers in advance of their Orlando holiday. Your Disney MagicBand is not required to enter the Disney parks
- Your Disney MagicBand(s) can be collected at any time during your Orlando holiday and is not needed to get into the Disney Parks. However, should you wish to use your MagicBand(s) as your admission ticket, please collect your MagicBand(s) at the start of your holiday.
- Details of how to collect your Disney MagicBand(s) and link to My Disney Experience will be included in your AttractionTickets.com documentation.
- Disney MagicBands cannot be replaced should they be lost or stolen. If they are lost or stolen during your holiday, your tickets and ticket numbers will still work to get you entry into the parks.
$25 Disney Gift Card Usage
- Once digital Disney Gift card(s) are downloaded, they cannot be voided. We strongly recommend customers only download their gift cards once they arrive in Orlando. If a digital Disney Gift card has been downloaded and the booking is subsequently cancelled, the value of the digital Disney Gift card(s) will be deducted from the entitled refund.
