A great experience. Was a 50th Birthday present. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Really easy to confirm meeting time the evening before. Flight went ahead the day I had originally booked. Whole experience took approximately three hours but was finished in time to still enjoy a full day in a theme park. Would recommend booking for the beginning of your holiday when you are still jet-lagged (won't mind the very early morning) and would give time to re-schedule if necessary.

Fantastic experience. Easy location to find to check in. Great pilot who was fun and also gave us some some local knowledge. The balloon ride was so peaceful and tranquil. We had champagne or juice after the landing. Also when we got back to the starting point hot and cold drinks and snacks were provided. Would highly recommend it.

The weather unfortunately was not on our side and our ride had to be rearranged a couple of times but you are given a number to call when you arrive to confirm your booking and then you have a number to call the night before so that you know whether it is definitely happening. Well worth the early morning start..

The best day of the holiday, you do have an early start but it is so worth it, we are pleased we did it. I contacted the staff via email before I left home just to check my booking was in place, it was, they told me to contact them after 8pm the night before my balloon ride for weather conditions, everything went smoothly.

Stayed for 3 weeks, original booking was for 6th December which was cancelled. Attempted to reschedule every day for the next 3 weeks to no avail. Every excuse under the sun, low ceiling high winds fast winds low cloud high cloud etc. Very disappointed. Orlando experiencing high record temps at the moment, why can't the balloon company contact me instead of disrupting my holiday every dat to reschedule!???? Never again.

Loved the balloon trip once we got there but make sure to book the transfer in time cost us $60 dollars to get a taxi to meeting point as I didn't read the fine print until the evening before the event and between running up a heavy phone bill and trying to organize at reception it was a panic and I was too late to book the transfer. Attraction and pilot top class once there.

We tried to book this during the first week to no avail. We managed during the second week to book a slot towards the end of the holiday. However the weather prevented us flying. I have returned the tickets and am now awaiting a refund hopefully.

Amazing. We missed our balloon flight due to listening to a Sat Nav which sent us to a different location but Orlando Balloons were very accommodating & let us book again. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend booking this attraction to everyone.
