On the coach we were told about a number of different activities we could book. My sons decided to do snorkelling. It was difficult to hear all the different times that the tour guide announced on the coach, but we thought we heard the time as 2 pm As we got off the coach we were handed a ticket with our name and the tour guide's phone number on it and a vague verbal instruction as to where to find the office to check in. There were several companies offering snorkelling trips and we couldn't find the right one.We then discovered that the time was 1pm - not 2pm- so we missed the trip. If the time and name of the company running the snorkelling had been written on the ticket the mistake could have been avoided. Also it would have been helpful if the guide had walked us to the office - it was in fact about five minutes from where the bus dropped us. We spoke to the guide about the incident and were told that it was our fault as we got the time wrong but we did negotiate a 50% refund. After a day that started at 6.30 am and five and a half hours on the coach it would have been good to have had a little more help on reaching the destination.

Great trip. Only criticism was we were told be ready for pick up at 6.30am but weren't picked up til 7.00am!
