Great tour covered downtown Manhattan in the morning and upper town in the afternoon. Guide was very knowledgeable, only had 35 mins for lunch at Westfield shopping centre would have preferred 1hr as queues were quite long and it was a bit of a rush. Boat trip was good got some great close up pictures of Statue of Liberty and of Manhattan skyline. Ended tour with Top of the Rock tickets a great all round day and well worth the money

We saw so many places in New York we would never have seen without this tour.We even visited a couple of places not mentioned on the ticket.One of those being the Dekota building (where John Lennon lived) and the lovely Strawberry Fields.The tour lasts from 9am to 4pm and then you are given your ticket for 'Top of the Rock'.You can use this any day though so we visited it a couple of days later. Good value.Good instructions to meeting point included.The guide was very informative. It's was supposed to be a large luxury coach but did turn out to be a comfy mini bus as not enough people for the coach.That turned out fine as we both had a window seat! If you're new to New York like we were then buy this ticket!We arrived on the Tues so booked this for the next day,so glad we did.

A mini-van was used, not a coach, so visibility was poor. The tour guide was very bad mannered and unintelligable and also would not answer any questions. Altogether a very poor show and a complete waste of money . Should have taken the Hop on-Hop off!!!!!!

8 hour tour. We were put on mini bus and unfortunately I could not see things as we passed. Not a lot of room to see out of windows! The morning part of tour was a bit boring. Not your fault, but on reflection it would have been better to have missed out Grants tomb and cathedral and included entry into ground zero memorial museum. The boat trip was really good. Lunch venue in Little Italy was good and top of the Rock was brilliant

The tour guide was very knowledgable but went too fast in areas I was interested in I.e. Ground zero, so we had to go back and revisit. There were areas that I would never have seen had I not been on the tour, so that was good. Due to a mix up with numbers we were put on an open top tour bus that had seen better days... not the luxury coach the adverts show!!

The tour & the guide were excellent & even more in depth than what I thought. It took us everywhere it described & more. I wasn't expecting to be able to get off the bus and take pictures & visit sights in more detail. The tour guide was very eccentric & knowledgeable which made the experience even better & more fun.

Packed full of iconic buildings and places.From central park, strawberry fields to a boat ride under Brooklyn bridge and the statue of liberty. Too many to mention ,a packed tour, great value.

Very different. Saw the sights but also parts of new york tourists don't normally get to visit. Tour guide was local and very knowledgeable. Top of the rock is better than empire state by far and grand central is well worth a visit. Great views of the statue of liberty from the Hudson river, a visit to the new world trade centre and lunch in little Italy. Great stuff

Tour guide Surge was amazing, he really new his stuff, driver damien was great, both really friendly and helpful, really good tour, it was a great day out, help us to get our bearings, would do it again, great value for money

Very useful for a first timer and enjoyable. Only criticism is you are in an enclosed coach so when being shown buildings you can't see them very well as they're so tall. The open top buses are better.

We thought it would be only a three hour tour but took nearly the whole day. The guide was really informative and new his stuff. Really enjoyed it.
