Poor no schedule for the day was provided. All passengers were unsure of pick up points and times. Very unorganised with unhelpful staff.

Not well organised and just seemed rushed. Buses were hot and stuffy. We were even left at one of the attractions eventhough we arrived in time. The boat tour is good. If you can book that alone then I'd recommend going for that.

They had oversubscribed the bus so we spent the whole tour sat underneath and missed out on all of the views of Miami. Totally pointless, would never do this again!

As above for pick up. The bus was dirty, you were driven round MiamI at break neck speed in an open top bus with no seat belts then forced to eat at a restaurant of their choice which was overpriced and service was too slow. The guide then disappeared without shouting that he was going or doing a headcount leaving some families unable to finish their meal. We took a taxi home at the end of the day because we couldn't stand waiting 1 1/2 hours for the bus. Not a good day. The trip sounds glamorous bit certainly isn't.

Really bad. Put on bottom of bus and boat because we were told we had second rate tickets. You could see nothing and whole day ruined and just awful.

Very good and we are really pleased we did the tour, Harry ( the tour guide) was fab, the bus was a little older than I would have expected ( didn't smell very fresh)
