Ellen DeGeneres sends Essex born Youtube starlet Sophie Grace Brownlee to Dinseyland with her Youtube co-star and cousin Rosie Grace Mclelland. Yesterday the girls appeared on the Ellen show to talk about their magical Disney experience!
Do you have the talent that’ll attract American chat show hosts powerful enough to have you perform with your favourite singer, shoot you to stardom and send you to Disneyland...no Disneyland tickets required?
You might remember Sophia Grace Brownlee and her cousin Rosie Grace Mclelland, the two eight year old girls from Essex that became Youtube stars last year with their rendition of pop star Nikki Minaj’s song, ‘Super Bass’. Within the first week of the video being online it caught the attention of the producers of the Ellen DeGeneres Show, who contacted the girls and asked them to appear on the Ellen show. The video soon clocked up viewers in the region of 250 million and has seen Sophia Grace, the leading light of the duo, become a star in her own right.
It would appear that Ellen has found a soft spot for Sophie Grace and her cousin Rosie. Not only has Ellen introduced the girls to Nikki Minaj herself, but she recently sent them to Disneyland California dressed as Princesses. The girls were on the Ellen show just yesterday to recall their magical day at Disneyland. Ellen played back a video tape of Sophia Grace and Rosie’s day at the theme park to her audience. The video not only shows off the magic of Disney, but the impact it has on little people, completely overwhelmed by their dreams coming true right in front of their eyes.
