An important update regarding the recent Foreign & Commonwealth Office announcement

With the travel advice coming out of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, we have temporarily revised our cancellation and amendments policy. Please read the below information carefully.

Orlando Ticket

Customers who are in the resort

Your attraction tickets should not be affected, and you can continue to use them as planned. If you are delayed coming home and have days left on your tickets, you will be able to use them too.

You should contact your airline or travel agent for updated travel information.

Customers yet to travel who have paid in full

We are reducing cancellation fees to 20% if you wish to cancel your booking.

Customers with Flex-Plus will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the policy.

We CAN refund Disney tickets that have been linked to My Disney Experience but CANNOT refund tickets that have been activated (i.e. where any days have already been used).

You may also wish to try and re-book your holiday for later in the year. If this is the case, you can keep your tickets/booking live until you know whether you will be going or not. Our reduction of cancellation fees to 10% will remain for the next 60 days. If you are re-booking your holiday, please just verify the validity of any tickets you are holding to ensure they are valid for your new travel dates.

The following tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable, however, if you wish to ask about changing the dates on any of the attractions listed below, please contact us.

  • Walt Disney World VIP Tour TIckets
  • Blue Man Group Orlando Tickets
  • Orlando Magic Basketball Tickets
  • Orlando City Soccer
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers

If you wish to change the dates of your tickets to 2021, we will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the ticket cost will be payable.

Process for changing the year of travel

  1. 1. Call to notify us of your intention to defer travel to next year.
  2. 2. Return the tickets to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery

Process for cancelling your tickets

  1. Confirm your cancellation by emailing customerservices@attractiontickets.com
  2. Return the tickets to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery

  3. We will confirm receipt of the tickets by email
  4. We will refund 90% (or the full cost minus {policy cost) in 3-4 weeks of receipt of the tickets.
  5. We will send you a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim

Customers yet to travel who have paid a deposit

There will be a loss of deposit if you cancel your booking, so you may wish to keep your booking live until you know whether you can re-book your flight with another airline.

We will waive all admin fees if you wish to change the dates of your tickets

Process for changing the year of travel for deposit bookings

  1. 1. Call or email us to notify us of your intention to defer travel to next year.
  2. 2. We will update your booking and you will receive a revised confirmation
  3. 3. We will waive all admin fees. New ticket prices may apply.

Orlando Hotel & Ticket Packages

Customers who are in the resort

Your hotel booking should not be affected, and you can continue to use it as planned. Please speak to Guest Services for the most up-to-date information regarding the parks and your tickets.

Customers yet to travel who have paid in full

In line with the Package Travel Regulations 2018, if you choose to cancel, we will issue a full refund within 14 days if your trip is significantly affected by the above-outlined closure.

Customers yet to travel who have paid a deposit

In line with the Package Travel Regulations 2018, we will issue a full refund within 14 days if your trip is affected by the above-outlined announcement.

We will waive all admin fees if you wish to change the dates of your hotel to later in the current year or the following year. New prices may apply.

Orlando Hotel only

Customers who are in the resort

Your hotel booking should not be affected, and you can continue to use it as planned. You should contact your airline or travel agent for updated travel information.

Customers yet to travel who have paid in full

We are halving our standard cancellation terms.

Process to amend your Hotel & Ticket Package or Hotel only booking

  1. 1. Call to notify us of your intention to defer travel so we can discuss options with you.
  2. 2. You will also need to put the request into writing by emailing hoteladmin@attractiontickets.com.
  3. 3. We will update your booking and you should receive an updated invoice in 7-10 days.
  4. 4. We will waive all admin fees. New prices may apply.

Process to cancel your Hotel & Ticket or Hotel only booking

  1. 1. Email your request to hoteladmin@attractiontickets.com
  2. 2. We will respond in 7-10 days with confirmation of cancellation.

Other Destinations

Customers who are in the resort

Your attraction tickets should not be affected, and you can continue to use them as planned. If you are delayed coming home and have days left on your tickets, you will be able to use them too.

The cancellation terms vary. Please refer to the specific cancellation Terms and Conditions for the attraction you have booked by visiting the relevant attraction page on our www.attractiontickets.com
