Interesting choice of rescue method. I'd have though an aerial platform would have been safer. I know it was 148' up, but I regularly use one that goes beyond that height for work. There are several available to hire in London, so I can't imagine that one would be hard to find in the LA area.
5 Trips to Florida, Christmas in LA, Disneyland Paris twice and odd days here and there.
