Magic PLace by Pininfarina will actually be further east along the 192, just past Old Town and before you get to Poinciana Boulevard. It will be a MAJOR development:

I assume this will be on the large wooded area next to the Seralago Hotel?

As far as we can tell, yes. We'll have to take a drive along there sometime soon.

If it is it will be a shame to see it go, it's been like that since our first visit in 1991 and is about the only bit of greenery along that part of the 192.

Yes, that's very true. We're not 100% sure about the location, though, so we will check the next time we are out that way.

This might be a good development as from this point on (past Old Town) it’s probably easier to get a Pay Day loan or a pawn shop now than solid accommodation.
