That certainly doesn't bode well for their 'November' opening. Of course, they may have a soft, unofficial opening in November, but most hotels here don't tend to do that.

We drove past earlier this week, and there is a LOT to see now. But you still have to think any opening this year is extremely optimistic!

That's true, but if you come up the 429, where the roadway is slightly above the area, there is a huge amount of space still to fill and if it does open in late 2018 it is still going to be a massive building site. And from the Formosa Gardens side it looks a real old mess.
