There's certainly plenty of infill space in that area, but none of this sounds overly exciting except, perhaps, Lucky's Market.

That's our local Lucky's, Deb! Most of the current existing stores are nothing special, but each of Walk Ons and the Alamo Drafthouse may be good additions (as well as Cheesecake Factory).
