Now THAT'S my kind of dining! Small portions of gorgeous food, taken over a long, lingering period of time. Can't wait to give this one a try, though we'll have to because we don't have 3 spare hours.

Very interesting to see - but I'm not sure people are going to want to take 3-4 hours for a meal at Epcot!
