Last week we told you that The Raglan Road pub at Disney’s Pleasure Island was the place to be for a St. Paddy’s day celebration in Orlando, now we've got the details for St. Patrick's Day 2012 at Disney's Pleasure Island. The Irish pub with Dublin roots offers its guests authentic Irish food in a typical Irish atmosphere. There is absolutely no need to hold back on using those Disney tickets on St. Patrick’s Day at Disney's Pleasure Island.

Although St. Paddy’s day is on the 17th March, Disney has thrown together a three day long St Patrick’s Day celebration. In typical Disney manner, there’s a whole load of fun and entertainment to enjoy in commemoration of the saint at Pleasure Island, including a lineup of Irish bands, each with their own unique sounds, Irish dancers, face painters and loads of family fun.

On the 15th  and 16th March, while guests are enjoying traditional dishes like Shepherd’s pie and fish and chips, Raglan Road’s resident band Creel will play out to pub diners on the restaurant’s main stage, while Murphy’s Law and The Irish Rogues take to the stage on the Raglan Road’s patio for the evening's entertainment.

On the 17th March the entertainment turns up a notch. Creel, The Raglan Road Dancers and a thrilling performance from U2 tribute band Elevation will wow guests. Floridian Irish band The Wyndbreakers will get guests in the mood with their neo-traditional sounds, alongside Irish musicians Celtic Wave and Celtic Nova.

This is the only place to be for a St. Patrick’s Day in Orlando! Floridian Holidaymakers, make sure you’ve got those Disney tickets ready!
