Bars near the Burj Khalifa
After traveling up the 124 floors to the Burj Khalifa observation deck, you should head to one of these bars that are just a stone’s throw away.
With its rich Renaissance décor, lush furnishings and ornate trees, this decadent rooftop lounge is styled as a house turned inside out.
Treehouse is in the Burj Khalifa’s back garden and boasts uninterrupted views of the World’s tallest tower.
Its artful menu includes Mediterranean dishes alongside a variety of signature drinks and potions. The bar plays soulful lounge beats that exudes the ever-present promise of a place on the verge of a party.

Sofitel Downtown hotel
The Sofitel Downtown hotel sits in the shadow of the spectacular Burj Khalifa and is the perfect spot to take in the view of this phenomenal building from a totally new vantage point as you sip cocktails in the company of Dubai’s elite.
Visitors can enjoy highly-acclaimed international classics from the restaurants open kitchen, but a lot of people head here to have a few drinks and enjoy the stunning views.

If you fancy a drink or a bite to eat whilst visiting the tallest building in the world then the At.mosphere Lounge on level 122 offers people the peak of fine dining.
Diners can enjoy an exquisite array of gastronomical wonders, as well as unbelievable views of the Arabian Gulf.
Visitors can also decide to have high tea at the At.mosphere Lounge or can select from an extensive beverage list.
Recommended signature drink: Galaxy. This signature legend of At.mosphere mixes pear vodka with fresh mint, blood orange, Limoncello and ginger.

If you are heading to one of Dubai’s best water parks, the Wild Wadi Water Park, then the following bars are great places to head to after an action-packed day.
Jumeirah Beach Hotel Beach Lounge
The Beach Lounge at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel is perfect for people wanting to have a drink whilst watching the sunset.
Located at the foot of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, the Beach Lounge has a really relaxed ambience where customers can enjoy stunning views of Dubai’s coastline.
Guests can also try refined Andalusian-style tapas, signature drinks and mocktails. The signature drinks range from Absolut Beach, a mixture of Absolut Vanilla Vodka, homemade vanilla sugar, cranberry, blended lychees and a hint of lime, to the popular Mintylicious drink, which consist of celery, mint, fruit and pineapple juice.

West Beach Bistro & Sports Lounge
Just a 30-minute drive from the water park is the West Beach Bistro & Sports Lounge, a casual sports bar and lounge that is open seven days a week, from midday to 3am.
If you want to catch your team then this bar at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach is one of Dubai’s favourite sports bars.
It has all the latest sporting action shown on multiple screens, a tasty bistro-style dining menu, and entertainment events including a regular pub quiz, American pool table, and beverage packages such as the best happy hour deals in the area.
So no matter whether you want to catch the highs or drown the lows of your team you should certainly do it at the West Beach Bistro & Sports Lounge.
Recommended signature drink: Can You Keep Up is a tasty mixture of rum, gin, tequila, vodka and red bull.
If you’re craving some familiar and comforting Western food, then head to The Scene bar, it will be like a home from home.
Serving up a range of delicious British dishes including Welsh rarebit, black pudding and even boiled eggs and toast soldiers, you won’t find a better place to relax with a glass of wine and some tasty food.
The Scene is located on the 4th floor of Pier 7, adjacent to the Dubai Marina Mall and is around 30 minutes away from the Wild Wadi Waterpark.
Recommended signature drink: Her Majesty’s Pleasure (Royal Britannia). This drink contains sipsmith gin, juniper syrup, cucumber & elderflower tonic.
Other great bars to visit
There are a whole host of amazing bars dotted across Dubai and here are a few of our favourites.
Zero Gravity is a beach, bar and restaurant all combined into one, ideally located between the lively areas of Al Sufouh and Jumeirah Beach Residence, near the Dubai Marina.
Zero Gravity may be based right in the centre of the city’s hub, but this great bar offers an exclusive space to bliss out where you can dine and clink drinks whilst enjoying the amazing views.
Recommended signature drink: The Boozy Watermelon Lemonade drink that Zero Gravity serves is one of its all-time favourites. This drink includes skyy vodka, Bacardi rum, fresh lemon and watermelon juice, agave syrup, cucumber slice and fresh mint leaves.
The Irish Village
The Irish Village has been dubbed a small piece of Ireland in the heart of Dubai.
So with this in mind, visitors should expect an Irish pub that boasts a vibrant and friendly atmosphere, full of character and characters that above all will make you immediately feel at home.
The traditional wooden pub has plenty of personality and visitors can enjoy traditional Irish music, authentic meals and lots of Irish beverages.
