As if you weren’t excited enough to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Universal Orlando yesterday announced a brand-new night-time show! Illuminating the iconic Hogwarts castle, the new show will transform the area into a dazzling display of lights, special effects and music.
Each of the books’ Houses – Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff will be represented in its own unique way as each house projection is wrapped around the castle. The whole thing will be set to the original scores from the Harry Potter films.
If you missed the hugely popular projection show over the holidays, The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle, you won’t want to miss this too!
The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle show will debut on Wednesday, January 31st and is scheduled to run Feb. 5, and Feb. 7 – Feb. 12 (additional dates will be announced at a later time). You can preview it during A Celebration of Harry Potter on Saturday, Jan. 27 and Sunday, Jan. 28.
