Just last week ATD flew out to Orlando and made a visit to the Be Our Guest restaurant at Walt Disney World’s New Fantasyland. Check out our photos and watch the video of the Disney Parks Blog meet up!
Regular readers of ATD’s Latest News will know that Attraction Tickets Direct are huge fans of the Walt Disney Classic Beauty and the Beast, so much so that we have been keeping a particularly close eye on the developments taking place over at the Beast’s Castle and its surroundings at the New Fantasyland.
ATD have just returned from a visit to Walt Disney World that incorporated a breathtaking preview of the New Fantasyland! We took flight with Dumbo on The Flying Elephant attraction and explored Storybook Circus. We journeyed beneath the sea with Little Mermaid and, of course, we created Enchanted Tales with Belle.
We can promise you that this new land is just as fantastical as its name suggests and the Be Our Guest Restaurant just as spectacular as the very scene from the Walt Disney Classic Beauty and the Beast. During our time spent in the realm of Beauty and the Beast we hung out with the narcissistic and arrogant Gaston outside Gaston’s Tavern, who is uncanningly similar to his character in the film. We admired the quaint little cottage belonging to Belle and her father Maurice and created our very own enchanted tales.
Of course, the piece de resistance was finally being able to set foot into the gothic and ever so authentic Beast’s Castle, which makes home to the Be Our Guest restaurant and boasts key features from the film, such as the wilting magical rose, a giant Beauty and the Beast mosaic and a haunted portrait of Beast that transforms into the Prince he once was before he was cursed.
If you’re captivated by Beauty and the Beast as much as we are at ATD, you simply cannot help but be enchanted by this beautifully haunting love story. So, if you are headed to Disney World from the 6th December, be sure to make the most of your Disney tickets; reserve yourself a table at the Be Our Guest Restaurant, indulge in French inspired cuisine beneath the giant glistening chandeliers of the Beast’s great room and be completely and utterly overwhelmed by a dining experience fit for royalty.
