Whether your creative flair comes out when you bake, sew or just hold a glue gun, there's an Olaf craft out there for all of you. Here are just some of our favourites....
Olaf Felt Decorations
These decorations are fun and easy to make for older children and big kids too! Hang them from your tree or from your door knobs to add a festive and fun Disney touch to your Christmas decorations this holiday season.
‘Melted’ Olaf Cookies with Marshmallows
If you prefer a baking craft to a sewing craft, these ‘sweet’ (geddit) Olaf cookies are the one for you. Made with melted royal icing and a giant marshmallow, these cookies are great for older children to bake and decorate together. Decorate the melted Olaf with tubes of colourful icing.
Olaf Snow Globe
If you’re an experienced crafter, you might want to give this magical Olaf snow globe a try. All you need to get going is a jar, superglue, glitter, plastic figurines and a glue gun. Michelle, from MollyMoo crafts, who designed the snow globe recommends using a jar with a seal such as those used for jams or preserves to avoid ‘snow’ leakage! Sock Olaf
How ridiculously cute is this sock Olaf? Nice as it would be to say you could recycle an old sock to make this craft, a fresh new white one is required for sock Olaf (unless you want a slightly grubby looking snowman!). Stuff your sock with wadding to create a sausage and then use white cotton to create Olaf’s head and 2-part body. His feet are cotton balls and his decoration is black and orange felt glued on with a glue gun…simple!
Candle Olafs
One of the simplest craft ideas we find that would even be OK for little ones! Grab a set of white candles and a black and orange sharpie and get drawing your Olaf face! As the candle burns, Olaf slowly starts to melt, so maybe keep him as he is for a few days while you enjoy the design!
