Disney’s Limited Time Magic – Long Lost Friends!
Check out Disney’s Long Lost Friends at the Magic Kingdom this week!
The Long Lost Friends Limited Time Magic experience at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom has given Disney guests the chance to meet and greet loved and lost Disney characters like Ludwig Von Drake, Scrooge McDuck, Pinocchio and loads more...

Thus far we haven’t spotted the immoral and monstrous monotone haired Disney villainess Cruella De Vil at this week’s Limited Time Magic experience, Disney’s Long Lost Friends, nevertheless there have been some pretty rare and ‘vintage’ character meet and greets taking place.

The lucky Disney guests hanging out at Magic Kingdom’s Town Square will have had the opportunity to acquaint themselves with characters from Disney films that debuted as far back as the thirties. We posted about meet and greets from Disney Robin Hood cast and The Three Little Pigs earlier in the week, but there has been a few surprises on the Long Lost Friends Line Up:

Scrooge McDuck and Ludwig Von Drake

The world’s richest duck, the Scottish Scrooge McDuck, created by Disney’s cartoon animator Carl Barks in 1947, made an appearance alongside Professor Ludwig Von Drake, who made his transition from Disney comic to TV animation in 1961. You might also remember Scrooge McDuck as Donald Duck’s uncle in the 1990s.

Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar also made an appearance together. Don’t feel as though your Disney knowledge isn’t intact if you’re unfamiliar with this couple, as we weren’t exactly in the know either! Clarabelle Cow is in fact Minnie Mouse’s best friend. Indeed, we thought Daisy Duck was Minnie’s best friend too. Anyhow Clarabelle was created in 1928 and her love interest is of course Horace Horsecollar, although she occasionally hangs out with Goofy.

Pinocchio, Geppetto and Jiminy Cricket probably need little introduction, these characters hail from the 1940 Disney Picture Pinocchio, an adaptation of the story written by Italian author Carlo Collodi. Pinocchio is the second full length title to feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classic Series, after Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Disney’s Long Lost Friends Limited Time Magic experience comes to an end on Sunday 27th January, however, there’s plenty of Limited Time Magic coming to Disney World, so keep your eye on Attraction Tickets Direct Latest New Page and if you’re planning an Orlando holiday, be sure to research your tickets for a Disney visit before you head out to the states!
