Cemeteries - possibly the most spooky of all locations, and therefore a perfect setting for Universal Orlando Resort’s ninth Halloween Horror Nights haunted house.
In their new Graveyard Games, guests will be transported to the Ascension Parish Cemetery, where it’s perfectly normal to find teens playing among the tombstones.
Find yourself witnessing the repercussions of the disrespectful antics of two teenagers who have awakened the spirits of the dead - eek!
As you roam through the cemetery, you’ll wind through dark mausoleums and decaying piles of coffins. Ghosts of every shape and form will rise from the tombstones to exact their revenge as you try to escape the maze of crumbling tombstones and mausoleums. Skeletal beings, ghastly apparitions and vengeful spirits will try to drag you to the grave. And in the end, you’ll find out what happened to those teens who set out to deface the cemetery…
This is haunted house with a modern technological twist, though - using Facebook Messenger, you will be able to chat to the local teens and storytellers of the town. Starting from September 6th, just open the app and message the Halloween Horror Nights page. From there, you’ll be able to hear all about the history and spooky legends the cemetery keeps. We can’t wait!
It’s not long until the Halloween Horror Nights, which kicks on September 6th on selected nights until November 2nd. So far, nine out of the 10 haunted houses have been announced. The annual event will also include scare zones, shows, and much more.
Here’s a look at what’s been announced already:
