Kennedy Space Centre Opens Up the VAB
A new experience is added to Kennedy Space Centre's Up-Close Tour for a limited time only!
On the 1st November Kennedy Space Centre revealed to its visitors a limited and enhanced version of the current Up-Close Tour, giving Space fanatics an even greater insight into this obscure and intriguing universe.

For a limited period only, the Up-Close Tour now offers a magnificent exploration of the Vehicle Assembly Building. The news of this new experience comes as a pleasant surprise to Kennedy Space Centre ticket holders currently holidaying in Orlando. Visitors had no idea that Kennedy Space Centre would add this new adventure to the tour.

This new stop is a fantastic change to see more of the great astronautic heritage the centre features. The Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) is the location where the components for the Space Shuttle were put together in preparation for the Shuttle's launch. Three of the Shuttle Orbiters are set to be put on display, one of which is currently housed in the VAB; the Shuttle Endeavour. Kennedy Space Centre ticket holders are currently enjoying sights of a shuttle up close on the new tour - it makes for a brilliant experience and a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Access to the Kennedy Space Centre ‘Up-Close Tour’ can be had on many of the great Orlando tickets available, so why not grab yourself a ticket and head down today to see this extra little chunk of our space heritage.
