No doubt you will all be looking forward to the approaching Easter break, even moreso for those of you headed to Disney World for this holiday. As expected, Disney World will be turning its magical charm up a notch for its guests with the annual Happy Easter Parade at Disney World's Magic Kingdom on the 31st March and other festivities taking place throughout the park. Not only will you see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and the usual Disney characters dressed in their Sunday best, the Happy Easter Parade also gives you the chance to see some special and unlikely Disney characters taking part in the Easter action, namely Mr and Mrs Easter Bunny, the stars of this show. Of course, Mr and Mrs Easter are not the only rabbits in the Disney family, in fact they are possibly the least familiar, especially to those that haven't witnessed the Happy Easter Parade before. Indeed, many of the other Disney rabbits hop along for this parade with the Easter Bunnies, so take a look at Disney's most popular and much loved rabbits hopping out for the Happy Easter Parade this 2013!
Mr and Mrs Easter Bunny
Mr and Mrs Easter Bunny are the headliners of the Happy Easter Parade at Magic Kingdom, making their appearance at the park only on Easter Sunday. You'll be able to meet the couple at Magic Kingdom's Tour Guide Gardens on Easter Sunday between 9:00 am and 6.00pm.
You'll know Rabbit from the A. A Milne Winnie the Pooh series. Keep an eye out for him, Winnie the Pooh and friends around Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland.
Not only famous for his starring role in the 1988 Walt Disney Picture Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but also for his equally famous smoking hot girlfriend Jessica Rabbit. Roger might not be taking part in the Happy Easter Parade, but you are more than likely to see him about the parks this Easter. Last Easter Roger was doing character meet and greets at the Animal Kingdom park.
The White Rabbit, from Walt Disney's 1951 Alice in Wonderland film, is indeed the rabbit that Alice follows down the rabbit hole. Be sure to keep an eye out for him, he's often spotted in the thick of the Happy Easter Parade.
Thumper and Miss Bunny
Arguably the cutest fictional bunnies, Thumper and Miss Bunny, from the 1942 Walt Disney film Bambi. The Happy Easter Parade wouldn't quite be complete without the presence of them. Be sure to catch the cute couple for a character meet and greet thoughout the parks as well as in the parade!
If you are headed to Walt Disney World this Easter Sunday, keep your eyes peeled and ready your camera to meet the Disney rabbits, that become the stars of the park for this calendar event.
