Cobra’s Curse Opening Date Revealed!
The day is finally here...
It was announced today that the new rollercoaster at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will be opening much sooner than you might think!

Today, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay held a media event to unveil their brand new spin rollercoaster, Cobra’ Curse! At the media event, they let slip the news we’ve all been waiting for: Cobra’s Curse will open officially to the public on the 17th June!

Yep, that’s next Friday, so if you’re travelling to Orlando in the next few days, you will be one of the first visitors to try out this brand new family-orientated rollercoaster which still has enough adrenaline-fuelled spins to get hearts racing.

If you’re not familiar with the new rollercoaster, Cobra’s Curse is dominated by, you guessed it, a giant spitting Cobra head which looms over riders as they crank their way up a 70ft vertical lift to the top of the rollercoaster. At the top, guests won’t have too long to admire views of the park as they come crashing back down to earth with a twist. Each of the cars free spins as it makes its way around the track, so weight distribution is very important on this ride!

Check out the below video for a look behind the scenes at the finished rollercoaster and all the amazing touches that make this roller-coaster so special!
