Where to get tasty treats at Universal
If you’re lead by your stomach as much as we are on holiday, you might want to get the low-down on where the best places to eat at Universal orlando Resort are. Well don’t worry, we’ve got the shortlist right here…

1. The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savoury Feast Kitchen

Despite only having opened in late 2016, The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savoury Feast Kitchen has quickly become one of Universal’s most popular restaurants. Famous for its incredible, indulgent milkshakes, the steam-punk inspired restaurant is also an Instagrammers dream! Just check these mouth-watering pictures out….

Aside from the ever-popular milkshakes (which are a meal in themselves to be honest), Toothsome has a wide range of ‘extraordinary foodstuffs’, including savoury plates such as steak and seafood and amazing one of a kind desserts.

2. CowFish

Can’t decide between mouth-watering steak and tasty sushi? You don’t have to! Head to Cowfish on Universal’s City Walk, where ‘surf meets turf like never before’ and feast on amazing steak and sushi – individually or in an epic fusion called ‘Burgushi’! That’s sandwiches made with sushi or sushi made with burger ingredients to you and me.

To accompany your Burgushi, grab a spiked milkshake, beer, martini or a glass of premium sake to really make the meal a special occasion. This is grown up fusion food which definitely makes a splash with guests.

3. Three Broomsticks

Butterbeer Wizarding World of Harry Potter Universal Orlando Resort

Harry Potter fans will be in their element at the Three Broomsticks in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Hogsmeade area of Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The rustic tavern is a great spot for homely, traditional food in a cosy atmosphere – just what you might need if you’re missing home! Treat yourself to come classic English fare including fish n chips, Cornish pasties and even Shepherd’s Pie.

If you’re visiting Hogsmeade, you can’t miss the opportunity to wash down your food with a tasty Butterbeer for that really authentic Harry Potter experience!

4. Krusty Burger

Don’t let the name put you off – these really are the best burgers in town! Located in the Springfield area (where else?) of the Universal Studios park, Krusty serves up juicy burgers and authentic ‘Buzz cola’ to park guests every day of the week.

The signature sandwich is of course the Krusty Burger, but if you’re feeling brave you might want to give the Clogger Burger a try – that’s two 6 oz burger patties topped with applewood smoke bacon, ‘Secret Sauce’, cheddar cheese sauce, a giant tomato slice and iceberg lettuce, served on a special bun…yum!

5. Loews Royal Pacific Resort Character Breakfast

Character Breakfast Universal Orlando Resort

A character breakfast could be the highlight of your holiday, especially if you pick the Universal character breakfast at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast of waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit and even an omelette station as you spend time with some of your favourite Universal characters. There are plenty of delicious options to cater for everyone, including vegetarian and paleo dishes which sound tempting even if you’re not usually veggie!

The minions, Scooby Doo and Bart Simpson are just some of the characters you can meet and take photos with at this fun breakfast that the kids, and big kids too actually, are guaranteed to love.

6. Leaky Cauldron

Leaky Cauldron Universal Orlando Resort

It might look like a run-down old pub from the outside, but go through the door and you’ll find yourself in an epic cathedral-like hall with high ceilings, suspended lighting and barrels and barrels full of tasty draught beer (Wizard’s Brew and Dragon Scale to name just two!). Fill up on tasty British classics like bangers and mash, cornish pasties, or beef, lamb and Guinness stew as you soak up the atmosphere of this legendary location from the Harry Potter books and films.

If you’re feeling brave, order a glass of Fishy Green Ale, an epic witches brew of sugary cinnamon-mint and boba tea blue-berry flavoured “fish eggs” – sounds disgusting but it’s amazing!
