It couldn't have been predicted just how much the world would fall in love with those crazy minions from the phenomenal Despicable Me film, which was released in 2010! However, since then the minions have become iconic. They star in Universal Orlando's Superstar Parade, have inspired the theme park attraction Minion Mayhem at Universal Studios and have even been known to hang out with a celebrity or two - namely Richard Gere and Shaquille o Neal. Those of you that have seen Despicable Me 2 will know the minions have been given an even bigger role the sequel - it's just a matter of time till Gru's many minions go it alone and have their very own film.
