At the Walt Disney World Resort, Christmas is a pretty big deal! The parks all receive a festive makeover with colourful decorations, towering Christmas trees and a full line-up of incredible celebrations like spectacular shows, dance parties and epic fireworks displays. There’s also lots of tasty treats especially for the festive season and if you’ve got a serious sweet tooth, you’re going to love them!
If you’re visiting the Disney parks this Christmas, here are the top treats you need to try…
We love this adorable take on a classic Christmas snack. These bear-shaped gingerbread pops are dipped in chocolate and served on a stick, which makes them perfect for snacking on the go.
Santa Belt Macarons
We can’t wait to try these mouth-watering macarons! The bright red colour is of course designed to look like Santa’s famous suit and each one is picture perfect. These almond macarons are stuffed with a delicious hazelnut filling that will keep you coming back for more.
Everyone loves this friendly snowman and these Olaf cupcakes are impossible to resist. They’re made from a rich chocolate cupcake that’s topped with a delicious buttercream frosting and a white chocolate Olaf.
Christmas Cookie Milkshake
If you’re looking for an Instagram-worthy snack, then look no further! This cookie butter mega milkshake is topped with festive green cotton candy and a Mickey-shaped marshmallow. We’ve definitely got this on our must-try list.
Sandy Claws Dessert
This quirky snack is only available for a limited time, so if you’re visiting soon, make sure you give it a try. You’ll recognise the white chocolate Sandy Claws from the Nightmare Before Christmas movie. He's standing next to a toy sack, which is actually a melt-in-the-mouth cake pop wrapped in sweet fondant icing. Make sure you put this treat on your Christmas list.
Mickey Cinnamon Roll
Cinnamon rolls are a popular Disney snack, but we all know that snacks taste much better when they’re Mickey-shaped, which is why you need to try this. The famous Mickey cinnamon roll has been given a festive twist with bright red and green icing drizzled on top and a chocolate Santa hat complete with Mickey ears!
Minnie Shortbread Cookies
Chocolate Chestnut Cone
We love the look of this new chocolate creation. This rich chocolate mousse dessert is shaped like a chestnut cone with tasty chocolate chestnut cream inside. It’s served on top of a bed of crispy praline pieces... delicious!
These sweet treats are available at select locations at the Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a limited time only. You can also enjoy exclusive treats at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
