An amazing new show has launched at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and it’s all about the magic of Disney’s most memorable movies. Disney’s newest “must-see” show is running for a limited time only, so if you’re visiting Walt Disney World soon, make sure you check it out. Here’s what you need to know…
Each night this summer, ‘Disney Movie Magic’ will transform the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, as a colourful light display covers the façade. State-of-the-art projection mapping technology will bring your favourite movies to life as the characters appear right before your eyes.
Relive classic moments from some of the most popular Disney movies, like Mary Poppins, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Indiana Jones adventures and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2. The 10-minute spectacular is a celebration of Disney movies, featuring mesmerising footage from live-action comedies, musicals, action-packed adventures and much more. Look out for the heroes and heroines you’ve seen on screen as you enjoy the show.
Disney Movie Magic will take place each night before the incredible ‘Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular’ show. If you’re a Star Wars fan, a visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios isn’t complete until you’ve seen this! The night-time performance includes state-of-the-art projections, lasers, pyrotechnics and of course plenty of familiar faces.
You’ll also be able to enjoy another limited time only show while you’re at the park. ‘The Music of Pixar Live!’ is a celebration of over 20 years of classic hits from Pixar movies. End your evening singing along to ‘You’ve got a Friend in Me’ (from Disney’s Toy Story) with the entire park.
