Christmas has officially begun at Walt Disney World, with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party now in full swing. But of course, that’s not the only way to celebrate the festive season at Walt Disney World. Find out what’s on this Christmas at the Disney theme parks…

Highlights include the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade which features toy soldiers, dancing gingerbread men, all of your favourite characters and even an appearance from Santa, as well as the Frozen Holiday Wish show which sees Queen Elsa light up the Cinderella Castle with thousands of glittering lights. Make sure you check out Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration too and see classic Disney characters take to the stage. Holiday Wishes is the best way to end the night, so make sure you don’t miss this dazzling fireworks display.

Epcot International Festival of the Holidays
There’s so much to enjoy at Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays, from festive scavenger hunts to spectacular live music. One of our favourite things to do at this amazing festival is walk around the World Showcase and experience the Christmas traditions from all around the world. Each country will also be serving up delicious dishes for when you’re feeling hungry.
One of the best things to do at the International Festival of the Holidays is attend the Candlelight Processional. This is an amazing performance which features a 50-piece orchestra, a talented choir and a celebrity narrator who tells the classic Christmas story. You can expect to see the likes of Whoopi Goldberg, Alfonso Ribeiro, Neil Patrick Harris and many more. The good news is, admission to this is completely free with your Disney tickets. This is extremely popular so make sure you get there early if you want to get the best seats in the house.
Little ones will love the exciting Christmas Tree Spree hosted by Chip & Dale and the whole family can enjoy the night-time IllumiNations fireworks show together.
Dates? 18th November- 30th December (Epcot)
Flurry of Fun
Flurry of Fun is the name of this year’s Christmas celebration at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The park will be transformed for the occasion with colourful decorations, glittering lights and your favourite Toy Story characters dressed in their finest Christmas clothing. There are two main events to enjoy at the park this Christmas…
Sunset Seasons Greetings
Sunset Boulevard will become a magical winter wonderland this Christmas, where the iconic Tower of Terror is the star of the show. State-of-the-art technology will be used to project images of your favourite characters onto the tower. Watch in awe as their stories unfold before your eyes and snow falls from the sky. Mickey and Minnie will be making an appearance, as well as Olaf and the Toy Story gang.

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! will be returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the third year running. This amazing event is packed with holiday music, fireworks, special effects and incredible projection technology.
Wayne and Lanny from ABC’s Prep & Landing are the stars of the show, and they’re on a mission to find Santa Claus who has gone missing! They might just need your help to track him down before the big day.
That’s not all though. As you walk through the park, you’ll see the building around you come to life, as images from classic Disney movies are projected onto them. Look out for iconic Christmas moments from Beauty & the Beast, Pluto’s Christmas Tree and Mickey’s Christmas Carol. There will be special effects, fireworks and even some snow! You definitely don’t want to miss this.

UP! A Great Bird Adventure
