Walt Disney World Resort Florida is not only the biggest of the Disney parks, but the biggest theme park area in the world. Sitting at the heart of the theme park capital, Walt Disney World opened twenty years after Disneyland in 1971 and has quickly become the most visited attraction in the world. This park is the only Disney Park with 'Walt' in its name.

Location: East of Central Paris in Marne la Vallee
Often referred to as: It's former title, Euro Disney
Parks: Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park
Castle: Sleeping Beauty

Disneyland Paris opened in 1992 and is the second Disney Park to open outside of the US after the Tokyo Disney Resort. Disneyland Paris has changed its name a record breaking five times. Its opening name was Euro Disney, which it kept until 1993, then it became Euro Disney Resort Paris for a year, before changing in 1994 to Disneyland Paris, which lasted until 2001, it then became Disneyland Resort Paris for seven years before reverting back to Disneyland Paris again in 2008 - as it is now!
