Have you got your tickets, we can help there, and how do you get there?

Well here are a few hints and tips on how to best plan your visit.

The attraction opens at 9am every day and is open until 4pm week days and 5pm weekends except during the school summer holidays when the attraction closes at 6pm every day.

The Museum is found on Marylebone Road and the nearest underground station is Baker Street which is approximately a two minute walk away.

The station is on 5 different tube lines making it easy to access from anywhere in London.

There are several buses which stop close to Madame Tussauds and there is access by car and the nearest car parking is Secure Parking at 170 Marylebone Road and NCP Car Park London Park Road.

It takes around two hours to experience all of the areas at Madame Tussauds so factor this into your plans.

The quietest times are usually around the beginning or end of the opening times.

Be aware that motorcycle helmets, skateboard and rollerblades, tripods and baby buggies are not allowed in the attraction but can be left at the Cloakroom near door 6.

There are some recommended age limits on certain parts of the attraction for example The Sherlock Holmes Experience (an additional cost to a standard entry ticket) which children under 8 may find frightening and the Alien: Escape  Experience is recommended for those age 15 and above.

Whilst at the attraction there are a number of food and drink options.

Perhaps you fancy joining the garden party at Buckingham Palace and booking a Royal Tea including Sandwiches, cakes, scones and tea.

Alternatively at the start of the Party Area you will find Tussauds Bar selling snacks and drinks.

After journeying through the Spirit of London ride you will find a delicious Chocolate Fondue station with fruits and sweet treats to dip.

There are retail points throughout the attraction for grabbing a drink or snack on the go.
