Check out space shuttle Endeavour flight over Disney parks!
On the 19th September space shuttle Endeavour left Kennedy Space Centre at 7.22 am, the shuttle flew over Disney World’s Magic Kingdom and Epcot!
Disney cast members and those of you with your Disney tickets fortunate to have been at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom or Epcot early Wednesday morning might have been lucky enough to have witnessed a moment that’ll go down in space travel history. Space shuttle Endeavour flew over iconic Disney structures, including Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle and, aptly, Epcot’s Spaceship Earth.
Before arriving at its permanent home at the Californian Science Center in Los Angeles, Endeavour, mounted on a 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft Space Shuttle flew over a number of notable locations, one of its last flyovers included Disneyland Resort California.
