The exhibition features everything from rough sketches to full blown ride blueprints, allowing you to get a real feel for the development process behind the parks rides and attractions. The project allowed the Regional History Center unprecedented access to the artist logs at Universal Studios. From which they put together an event that shows the inner workings of the park, from the rides mentioned above to events like the Halloween Horror Nights, even going as far as showing the designs behind some of the parks signs!
Universal Studios Concept Art on Display
There’s great news for fans of Universal Studios this month. There is an event running at the Orange County Regional History Center, entitled "The Serious Art of Make-Believe," which lets you see some of the concept art that is used in the creation of the parks rides and areas.
This is a great chance to experience some of the parks rich history and while you’re in the area it’s also a great opportunity to grab some Universal Studios Tickets, to enjoy a day out at the park as well.
