Attacks in Paris
Following the tragic events in Paris on the 13th November, we expect most attractions to close over the weekend of the 14/15 November. If you are in Paris, or are due to travel and wish to cancel any of your tickets, please see confirmation of our cancellation and refund policy below.

For customers already in Paris

We will refund in full any unused attraction tickets (incl. Disneyland Paris e-tickets).  If Disney tickets are partially used, it will be up to Disney whether they issue a refund. We will need all hard Disney tickets returned to us before we can issue any refunds.

Customers travelling within a week 

We will refund all attraction tickets in full.

If you have an e-ticket - please email your booking reference to customerservices@attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk .  We anticipate that refunds will be processed in 7 days but could take a little longer for attractions where we have made a firm reservation on your behalf, e.g. on Moulin Rouge tickets.

If you have a hard ticket for Disneyland Paris, please return this to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery along with all of your travel documentation and we will process your full refund within 7 days.

If you have a Disneyland Paris e-ticket, Buffallo Bills or Disney with transportation e-ticket, please email your booking reference to customerservices@attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk and we will apply to Disney for a refund.  These refunds may take a little longer to process. 

Customers travelling from 22 Nov to 31 Dec 2015.  

Same policy as above apart from on attractions where we have made a firm reservation on your behalf, e.g. Moulin Rouge ticket.  We cannot confirm a refund on these attractions at this stage.  If you wish to apply for a refund for attractions where we have made a reservation on your behalf, please email customerservices@attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk

Or, you can default to the 2016 policy below and take a ‘wait and see’ approach.

Customers travelling in 2016.  

We will issue a full refund / no cancellation fees if you still wish to cancel 2 weeks prior to your departure date.  We cannot issue refunds on 2016 departures at this stage but our policy of refunding in full 2 weeks prior to your departure date will remain in place.

 

We will endeavour to make it as easy as possible for any customers wishing to cancel. It may be necessary for us to liaise with our suppliers in order to administer a refund.  This would be done once the attractions re-open and during normal office hours from Monday 16th November.
