Terms and Conditions:

• Customers who have won a goody bag will receive a link through to a winning page on our website. This email must then be forwarded on to our team at [email protected] in order for customers to claim their prize. 
• Only customers who respond with the correct winning email link will be eligible for the goody bag prize.
• Customers must respond within a week of receiving the email in order to guarantee their goody bag. Customers who fail to respond within this time will not receive a goody bag and the winner will be re-drawn at random from our mailing list.
• ATD have picked winners at random and have a record of which emails/ customers have received winning codes to avoid duplicate links being shared.
• Only one goody bag per email will be delivered to the customers billing address from our records. The customer must state otherwise if their address has/or will change in their response via the email address stated above.
• To qualify for the prize you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over and must not be employees of ATD Travel Services (nor the family of employees), its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
• ATD Travel Services reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this offer without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
• It may take up to 8 weeks from receiving the email for customers to receive their goody bag depending on stock levels. The goody bag is in no way guaranteed before 31^st October in line with Halloween and may be delivered before, on or after the 31^st October to the billing address provided.
• An external courier company will be responsible for the delivery of the goody bag, therefore ATD Travel Services do not have the ability to monitor or alter the progress of any specific dispatch.
• ATD Travel Services cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered relating to delivery, the goody bag or its contents.
• All participants who qualify for a goody bag will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
• Any personal data relating to your booking will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
• The Walt Disney Company Limited has no responsibility whatsoever with the running of this prize draw, and shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs should a reader make any claim against  the Promoter as a result of the running of this Prize draw.
