If you want a souvenir to remember your trip to the Emirates, have a look around the official Arsenal shop next to the stadium, where you can find official merchandise and signed memorabilia.

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm (last entry 2:00 pm) Sundays: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (last entry 3:00 pm) The Arsenal Museum closes 30 minutes after the Stadium Tours.

7 September 2026 - 31 March 2027, Monday to Friday : Available on the tour route until 03:00 PM
Weekends, Bank Holidays, and English School Holidays: Available throughout the full tour operating hours

Terms and conditions for Arsenal - Emirates Stadium Tour
- The tour will not operate on home fixture dates.
- Children under the age of 5 are free of charge, but the stadium must be notified if a child is in the party.
- The tour will not operate on home fixture dates, the day before home fixtures against overseas teams, and any other event days taking place at Emirates Stadium. Please check Arsenal FC home fixtures for more details.
- Due to the nature of this experience, match dates are not confirmed in advance. If your booking falls on a match day, you will be required to upgrade your ticket at the stadium by paying an additional fee. Please be aware that upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Please show your E-ticket on your phone at Emirates Stadium.
- Cancellation Policy: Your tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
