- Disney Ticket Number ID(s) will be emailed within 24 hours of purchase or sooner (please call our customer service team if you need tickets instantly).
- On receipt of your Disney Ticket number IDs, set up an account on My Disney Experience and link your Disney Ticket Number ID(s) to this account. Once you have linked your Disney Ticket Number ID(s), download the My Disney Experience App and set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for each linked ticket.
- Add your Disney MagicMobile Pass to the Wallet app on iPhone or the digital wallet on other smart devices. For added ease, you may also store multiple passes on a single device, a great option for families.
- Easily Enter the Disney Parks and More: Once set up on your smartphone, Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give instant admission to Disney Theme parks in conjunction with a Disney Theme Park Reservation. Terms and conditions for Orlando Freedom Digital Ticket
- The Orlando Freedom Ticket™ is a combined package of the Disney 14-Day Magic Digital Ticket, Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket and SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 DigitalTicket. Order will be fulfilled with 3 separate digital tickets within 24 hours of purchase.
- The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking. You can start using your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but the ticket will expire in full after 18 days irrespective of how many times it has been used.
- On receipt of your Disney ticket numbers, guests must create their Disney MagicMobile passes by linking their Disney ticket numbers in My Disney Experience and also book Disney Park park reservations. It is your responsibility to reserve your Disney theme park days.
- The Universal portion of this combo ticket is open-dated. The Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket is activated the first time you visit either Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay or Universal CityWalk. Tickets expire in full after 14 consecutive days from first use.
- The SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket gives you 14 consecutive days unlimited admission to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens and is activated the first time you visit one of these parks.s.
- Disney 'Park Hopping' is available each day from 2.00pm subject to the park's capacity limitations. Only guests with a Disney Park Pass reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be able to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – Guests 'hopping' from another Disney theme park will not be able to request to join the virtual ride queue.
- Tickets will include admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open.
- Universal's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park may be closed on select dates during the winter period. Please check the Universal Orlando App for park hours and updates when in Orlando for up-to-date opening times.

- Free transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express is included for the duration of your SeaWorld Parks ticket. Reservations are required to guarantee your seats and can be made in advance by calling 1-800-221-1339. The shuttle departs from SeaWorld and picks up from various locations in Orlando and Kissimme. The service schedule will vary through the year and may be subject to change.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
- Valid only during normal park operating hours.
- Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.

The refund paid on your ticket(s) will be the price of the equivalent STANDARD ticket (your ticket price minus the Flex-Plus excess) at the time of booking. Zero cancellation charges are subject to the tickets not being activated and ticket validity windows. Any refund request must be received before the ticket expiry.

Disney Park Reservations
- Arrivals up to 8 January 2024: To enter a Disney Park, both a valid Disney Magic Ticket AND a date-specific theme park reservation are required. It's easy to reserve Disney Park Days - on receipt of your Disney Tickets simply link them on My Disney Experience and use the Disney Park Pass Tool to plan and reserve the first Disney Park you wish to visit each day. Disney Theme Park reservations are subject to availability.
- Arrivals from 9 January 2024: Disney Park Reservations are no longer required for guests with a valid Disney Ticket. Visit the Disney Park of your choice each day and then use the built-in Park Hopping benefit from 2.00pm if you wish to visit additional Disney Parks in the afternoon, subject to park capacity.
Park reservations are not required for the Universal or SeaWorld parks, which can be entered at any time for the duration of your ticket.
*Cancellation & Amendments
- Please note once a booking is fully paid, it is not possible to amend the number of tickets in your booking. If you need to change the number of guests in your party, your Disney Ticket start date or the lead passenger name on your booking, all tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked with a new Disney Confirmation Number and Booking reference. We won't charge an amendment fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking.
- Amending bookings will also cancel any linked Disney Theme Park reservations unless they are linked to your new Disney Confirmation reference within 24 hours and these will need to be re-booked, subject to the latest Disney Park availability.
- For bookings on deposit, the ticket quantity and lead passenger name can be amended for free up to the point where your balance is paid in full. New ticket prices may apply if you amend the ticket start date.
