• How does the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour work?

  It's simple! Purchase your ticket online, then exchange it for a physical ticket at one of the designated redemption points. From there, you can start your adventure by boarding any Big Bus at one of the designated stops. Hop off at any stop to explore an attraction, and then hop back on when you're ready to move to the next destination.

• Is the tour commentary available in my language?

  Our Abu Dhabi bus tours feature pre-recorded commentary which offers fascinating insights into Abu Dhabi's history, culture, architecture and landmarks. The commentary is available in the following languages: English, French, Italian, Russian, German and Spanish. Commentary can be accessed via complimentary headphones, distributed when you board the bus.

• Where can I start the tour?

  Our bus tours officially commence from Stop #1 (Abu Dhabi Mall, near Tim Hortons on Al Maiyani Street) but you are free to hop on our bus tours from any stop.

• How frequently do tour buses run?

  During opening hours, our Red Route buses run every 60 minutes, and our Green Route buses run every 2.5 hours. Frequency may be subject to change depending on traffic, weather and city events.
