Our guide to Florence Uffizi & Vasari Corridor

Step into the heart of Renaissance Florence on this immersive small-group tour that links three of the city’s most iconic landmarks in one seamless, skip-the-line experience. Begin at the world-famous Uffizi Gallery, where you’ll bypass the crowds and follow your expert guide through a handpicked collection of masterpieces. Marvel at Botticelli’s Birth of Venus, and iconic works by Michelangelo and Da Vinci, brought to life through rich storytelling that reveals Florence’s rise as a cradle of creativity.

After a short break, journey into one of Florence’s most exclusive spaces: the newly reopened Vasari Corridor. Closed to the public for over eight years, this hidden elevated passageway was built in 1565 for the powerful Medici family to move unseen across the city. As you walk above the Arno River and through the walls of historic buildings, your guide shares stories of power, secrecy, and political strategy woven into its stone.

Your final stop is the enchanting Buontalenti Grotto in the Boboli Gardens—a whimsical masterpiece of sculpture and stone built for the Medici. With its surreal forms and mythological themes, it’s a dramatic end to a tour that goes far beyond the surface. Designed for curious travellers, this experience offers a rare glimpse into the art, architecture, and ambition that shaped Florence.
